``SELF CHECKIN MACHINE`` now available for after hours guests , you don`t need to have a booking just choose a room , pay and collect your key from the machine. If you have a booking you can check yourself in via the self checkin machine.
We are the quietest motel in town as our rooms don`t face the road, so you can be assured of a peaceful night`s rest. Guests can park at their door for easy access to the rooms.
Euroa is a popular stopover for anyone traveling to, or from Melbourne, the Tasmanian Ferry, Tullamarine Airport, Phillip Island, Gippsland or The Great Ocean Road being only 150 kms from the city via the Hume Highway. We are also ideally located for exploring some of the best motorcycle riding in Australia.
For the Snow Bunnies we are located 1.5Hrs from Mount Buller Skiing. and 2 Hrs to Mount Hotham.

Castle Creek Motel takes pride in having many repeat customers. Our location in Euroa makes our motel easy for anyone coming to town for work, pleasure or just a stopover to break up a long drive. We have many travelers stopover here and then continue into Melbourne after the peak hour rush or to connect with the Tasmanian Ferry service.

Our motel is next to the 18 hole Euroa golf course, we are also popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and people enjoying a night or two away from the city. The beautiful Strathbogie Ranges are within easy access for riding, dining or hiking and exploring the local Vineyards aswell as those interested in a bit of Ned Kelly history.

Castle Creek Motor Inn is located 2kms from the north bound hume highway exit and 2.5 kms from the southbound exit at 53 Clifton st (Old Hume Hwy) Euroa just opposite Euroa High School on the Melbourne end of town, 1 km from the town centre. Just look for the Fountain in the front garden

We offer continental or breakfasts delivered to your room the night before so you can choose a time that suits you to have breakfast. Euroa has some fine Cafe`s,Pubs and Restaurants to dine at, all within 1 to 1.2 kms. Most are open 7 days per week. We have arrangements with most dining places in town for chargebacks for Corporate guests, please organise this with reception .

Booking Policy

Payment for the entire amount of the booking maybe processed anytime after the booking has been made. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid the booking being cancelled. Checkin is available from 1.00pm via self checkin machine or 2pm via reception, if you require your room before these times we suggest that you book your room for the night before to garantee the room is ready for you.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime upto 2 days before your booking excepting the interconnecting twin rooms which is 7 days before the booking date , if cancelled inside 7 days we reserve theoption to charge the first night as a cancellation fee, some special events/dates may have additional cancellation policies.Bookings for weddings maybe cancelled upto 7days before the checkin date after 7 days cancellation will incur the first night rate being charged. Checkin Policy

Checkin is available from 1pm via self checkin machine or 2.00pm via reception, if you require your room before these times we suggest that you book your room for the night before to garantee the room is ready for you. LATE CHECKINS - if arriving after 8pm , you will need to checkin via our self checkin machine, you will just need your confirmation number , name and mobile phone number.

Child Policy

1 Child under 5 years of age is free when using existing beds or sharing with adult. Executive Queen rooms are not suitable for children, therefore we reserve the right to move the booking to a suitable room. A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 4 in a queen bed or 1 Adult and 2 children under 4 in a queen bed.

Deposit Policy

Castle Creek Motel requires a valid credit card to book, , your credit card will be processed anytime after the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if there insufficient funds to cover the booking.

No-show Policy

In the case of a no show , the entire booking amount will be charged.

Other Policy

SORRY WE DO NOT HAVE PET FRIENDLY ROOMS ROOM SERVICING – No cleaning service for less than 2 night stay. Should you be staying with us for 3 or more nights we will provide a change of towels, replenish amenities such as tea & coffee and remove rubbish make the bed and wipe down dirty surfaces on the third morning of your stay. If you require fresh towels, toiletries, amenities or bin liners they are provided at reception during the opening hours
