Booking PolicyPayment for the entire amount of the booking maybe processed anytime after the booking has been made. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid the booking being cancelled. Checkin is available from 1.00pm via self checkin machine or 2pm via reception, if you require your room before these times we suggest that you book your room for the night before to garantee the room is ready for you.
Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel anytime upto 2 days before your booking excepting the interconnecting twin rooms which is 7 days before the booking date , if cancelled inside 7 days we reserve theoption to charge the first night as a cancellation fee, some special events/dates may have additional cancellation policies.Bookings for weddings maybe cancelled upto 7days before the checkin date after 7 days cancellation will incur the first night rate being charged. Cancelled bookings inside 3 days maybe refunded if the room can be re- let.

Child Policy1 Child under 5 years of age is free when using existing beds or sharing with adult.
Executive Queen rooms are not suitable for children, therefore we reserve the right to move the booking to a suitable room.
A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 4 in a queen bed or 1 Adult and 2 children under 4 in a queen bed.
Deposit PolicyCastle Creek Motel requires a valid credit card to book, , your credit card will be processed anytime after the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if there insufficient funds to cover the booking.
Noshow PolicyIn the case of a no show , the entire booking amount will be charged.

ROOM SERVICING –
No cleaning service for less than 2 night stay. Should you be staying with us for 3 or more nights we will provide a change of towels, replenish amenities such as tea & coffee and remove rubbish make the bed and wipe down dirty surfaces on the third morning of your stay. If you require fresh towels, toiletries, amenities or bin liners they are provided at reception during the opening hours
