Cash bonds paid on check-in are refundable subject to a room inspection, less any charges on the morning of departure. Delays may occur.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours (2pm on day of arrival) will NOT incur a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of day of arrival check-in time – one night accommodation fee will be charged. ALL CANCELLATIONS will require that an email be sent to support the cancellation.

No shows and cancellations after check-in will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee (1 nights accommodation).

Valid credit card details of the guest staying are required to confirm a booking. Any theft / damages / smoking surcharges or cancellation fees will also be charged to this credit card.

Fees Chargable to Guests Account Include, And Are Not Limited To :
•Smoking in room – $200.00 cleaning fee applies
•PETS are not allowed, a $200.00 cleaning fee plus the cost of room being out of service (due to allergies) will apply.
•Lost or stolen keys – $100.00 fee – Attempts will be made to contact the guest who will be given the opportunity to return keys taken. Failure to do so will result in the fee being charges to Credit Card or Bond.
•Room depredations – (Such as vomit, bodily waste) a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged, plus any professional floor cleaning charges at cost, plus a daily room tariff to be the daily tariff that would be charged if the room was available to be let or any other rate that may be agreed to by management, in accordance with business demand on the day until the room has been returned to its saleable condition.
•Cost of repair or replacement for general damage or theft of Motel property and any problem sufficient to result in a room being withdrawn from its availability to be let. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
•Cost of meals, drinks (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic).
Parties are not allowed in the accommodation. You may be given immediate notice to leave without refund should there be any unsuitable or rowdy behavior causing disturbances to other guests. Police will be called. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
Due to fire regulations, management must be aware of the number of guests in all rooms. NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES PERMITTED. Should the fire alarm be activated, any cost incurred by Emergency Services (NSW Fire Services) attending, will be charged to the guest.
