Initial deposit: A minimum of 25% of the total invoice is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
Balance payments : Then remaining 75% of the total invoice must be settled/paid in full minimum one week (7days) prior to the scheduled check- In Date.

Cancellations & No-show policy:--
Standard Booking free Cancellations:- Cancellations made 72 hours (3Days) or more prior to the scheduled check- in date and time (14:30 ) are free of charge. No cancellation fee will be applied.

Standard booking late cancellations & rescheduling: If reservation is cancelled, rescheduled or modified within 72 Hours (3 days) of the arrival check -in date & time 14:30.
Following charges will be apply on standard booking:--
First night accommodation: 100% of the first night's room rate will be charged for every room reserved.
If remaining Nights(2nd night or more) reservation :Any remaining nights in the resvervation, a 50% (non refund) penalty fee applies to the every room rate and 50% amount will be refund.

If event of the group booking cancellation before 7 days of check-in date then deposit (25%) amount will be refundable.
If Group booking cancellation within 7days of check-in Date then 100% of the first night's room rate will be charge for every room reserved. No- Show Policy (All Booking types):- Failure to arrive by the designated check-in time(22:00) on your scheduled arrival date as well as no communication to motel management will be classified as a " No-Show". The full cost of reservation will be charged.

Please vacate your room by 10:00am.
We have a tight schedule (10am -2pm) to ensure all rooms are sparkling clean and ready for our next arrving guests.
Requests for a late check-out (subjest to an additional fee) are dependent on house keeping staff availablity and booking schedule. please speak with a motel staff directly to see if this is possible and to get offical approval and make a payment if require.
At check - out Double-checking your personal belongings which helps to ensure seamless departure and save the hassle of coordination returnes or postage for forgotten times later. It help us to save our time in tight schedule and avoid any communication delay. Motel management is not responsible for any personal things left behind in rooms or common area.
