Our cafe overlooks the river and bay of islands while the outdoor lounge overlooks our private jetty and serene wetland estuary. Deposit Policy

Payment is due on 4 days before checking-in. You can choose to be charged automatically at that time, or simply pay when you book.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. If you cancel in the 2 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation.

No Show Policy

If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.

Child Policy

Children of any age are welcome.
