Booking Policy

Full guest name, contact number, and email address are required at the time of booking.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Off-Season (1st May – 30th November): Payment will be charged on the day of arrival.
High Season: Payment may be charged up to 7 days before arrival.

Fridays and Saturdays (all year round)
1st December to 31st April
All public holidays, long weekends, and major events

During the high season, payment may be charged up to 7 days before arrival, though in most cases, payment is still processed on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

High Season

(1st December – 31st April, including public holidays, long weekends, and major events)
Cancellations or amendments are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will result in the full booking amount being charged.
If the room is re-booked after the first night, the remaining re-sold nights will be refunded less one night’s accommodation as a rebooking fee.

Off-Season

(1st May – 30th November)
Cancellations or amendments are accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a charge for one night’s accommodation.
The remaining booking amount will only be charged if the room cannot be re-booked. If re-booked, a refund will be issued for the re-sold nights.

The Booking Sum will be charged in full.

Children up to 12 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

Check-in time: Any time after 2:00 p.m.
Government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
A pre-authorised credit card security deposit of $150.00 may be required on arrival.

Self Check-In

For your convenience, we offer self check-in, allowing you to arrive any time after 2:00 p.m.
You will receive a text message before your arrival with all the necessary check-in details and self check-in instructions.

*Guests are expected to leave their accommodation in a clean and satisfactory condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
*Any damage to the property will incur extra charges, calculated at management’s discretion, and charged to the credit card provided at booking.
*No smoking is allowed inside motel rooms (including bathrooms). Smoking in rooms will incur a $150 cleaning fee.
*No parties are permitted.
*To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, loud noise is not allowed after 10:00 p.m.
*Cooking is not permitted in rooms (reheating in the microwave is allowed).
*The number of persons per room must match the booking.
*One car space is provided per room. Visitor parking in the guest car park is not permitted.
*Room supplies (towels, blankets, etc.) are for use in the room only.
*Pets are not permitted on the premises. Violation will incur a $150 cleaning fee.
*Loss or damage to items such as remote controls, or carpets may incur additional charges.
*Management reserves the right to evict any guest not complying with these policies without refund.
