There are two Upper Loft Studio Queen Suites, each uniquely styled with dormer windows, large skylights, and fully equipped kitchenettes featuring a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils. Stay comfortable year-round with a heating and cooling split system, ensuring a cozy atmosphere in winter and a refreshing coolness during the summer months.

Each suite is complemented by free Wi-Fi & smart TVs, allowing you to enjoy your favorite apps and streaming services for ultimate relaxation during your holiday.

Park and relax! Upon arrival, simply park your car right outside on the street, as everything from the town's dining, shops, and attractions is within walking distance. Directly across the road is the Port Fairy Day Spa, where you can book a session before grabbing your morning coffee from Port Fairy Coffee Roasters also located just across the street. Dinner time is sorted with many choices like Lemon Grass Tai or a choice of two historic pubs metres from your door. If these choices are not enough, walk a further minute to Poirt Fairy IGA grocery store, Post Office, Bakeries and more Restaurants and Cafes

Located on the lower level, the Spa Suite is a fully self-contained unit featuring a separate master King bedroom with a split system air conditioner for your comfort. Adjacent to the bedroom is a luxurious ensuite, complete with a two-person spa bath/shower, vanity, and toilet, all beautifully crafted in exquisite marble. Continue through to the sunlit open-plan living area, where you'll find a fully appointed kitchen with quality fittings and appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, ample kitchen storage, as well crockery, cookware, and utensils for all your culinary needs. A washing machine and dryer for your convenience is also in room. Step through the French doors off the kitchen to relax in your private courtyard and enjoy your morning coffee. **Ideally suited for a couple, however a sofa bed is available in the living rooms to accommodate additional guests if required**
