ABOUT

The home, crafted onto the hillside in 1994, has been fully renovated and extended and offers spectacular vistas coupled with absolute privacy. The house has a large floor area of 350m2 and a land size of 202,700m2. The stunning 4-bedroom timber hilltop guest house, features open planned living spaces with raked timber ceilings, supported by luxurious Oregon Pine beams, polished hardwood timber floors and large glass doors & windows to respect the breathtaking views. The newly built infinity pool and large entertaining deck overlooks the western sunset, whilst the bespoke kitchen, central to the home, has views of the west and the Sarabah Range. • If it is proven that additional guests have attended the property (outside of reservation details), fees WILL be incurred

• Guests are PROHIBITED from turning on/off or adjusting pool heating; or accessing area where this is located. If there are any issues, hosts MUST be contacted. Pool heating is turned OFF after October each year.

• Please leave the house in a clean and respectful manner

• The property is on tank water. Please be mindful of water consumption

• Drinking water through filtered tap on sink, or filtered fridge connection

• Before departure, ensure dirty dishes are placed in dishwasher and turned ON. Dishwashing tablets provided

• Please attempt to turn outside lights off and close doors/windows before going to bed. This was ensure the litter critters (and big), are kept out of your bed :)

• Fires contained to allocated firepit ONLY. Firepit located below deck on grassed area. Please be informed of council fire bans and weather conditions prior to igniting. NO firewood supplied, can be purchased from the BP or Ampol Service Centres in Canungra

• NO standing, sitting, diving or jumping off the infinity pool edge

• No leaning on glass panels

• No diving into pool. This is a shallow plunge pool

• All pool toys to be placed in box after use

• Refrain from small items in the pool that may end up in filter

• No glass in pool area

• Children need to be supervised in pool at ALL TIMES

• Ensure pool gate is closed AT ALL TIMES

• Pool cover is to be put back on when pool not in use

• Only use fireplace when necessary, this consumes a lot of gas. DO NOT leave on when house is unattended or during bed time Reversal cycle air-conditioning in all rooms

• Garbage bags provided. Rubbish to be removed from house and placed into 1 of the 4 bins on driveway

• DO NOT flush anything but toilet paper. We are on septic and it will block the system

• No young children in the loft bed (for safety)

• Upon checkout, please close all windows/doors and ensure all lights and fans are turned off. Key is to be placed back in lock box

• ***NO POOL TOWELS SUPPLIED

• ANIMALS:

• Small pets are allowed inside however are to remain OFF furniture, rugs and beds.

• Small grassed area underneath house for their toilet - you MUST clean up after your pet.

• Larger animals can be contained to the deck - a baby gate can be installed upon request.

• The property is surrounded by dense bushland. PLEASE ensure you keep them near to the house.
