Welcome to “Willow Cottage” – a luxury refurbished cottage is set in a great location in the heart of the swan valley - offering a rare advantage of that “country feeling” but still within minutes of all the local amenities. The perfect spot for golfers too with the world renowned “Vines” golf course only a few minutes drive away.

This 2 bedroomed cottage is situated to the rear of the main house (where the owners live) and has a separate driveway with designated guest parking, keeping the property totally private – with the luxury of the owners being close by should you need anything!
Open plan lounge/dinning overlooks the modern chefs kitchen offering full oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. For your comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning – perfect for those hot sunny days/cool winter nights.
The owners have finished the cottage to a very high standard with top quality furnishings throughout.
There is a separate study area – ideal if you are traveling for business and need a designated quiet spot!
The 2 bedrooms both offer queen size beds and with quality bedding for your comfort. Large wardrobes with ample storage.
The modern bathroom comprises of vanity, wc and full glass shower cubicle. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
The magical outdoor area is a perfect spot to spend your evenings with a raised deck area, barbeque and stone table for alfresco dining. There is festoon lighting in the pergola that really offers a magical feeling in the evenings. (You can watch the kangaroos in the rear garden). The train station opened in Dec 2024 and is only 5 minutes drive from the property - offering great links to Fremantle/Mandurah/ Perth city etc.
The property sleeps a max of 4 guests (children strictly 7 years+) and NO hen/bucks parties considered.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

A government issued valid ID proof will required.
* Please note we do have 2 cameras on the block, both show cars entering the block (one is on the main house garage and one is on the rear shed) neither of the cameras show any activity at the cottage.

Deposit Policy

50% of the cost will be paid on the booking date.
The remaining amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival the 50% of the total booking will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival the full amount will be charged.
Additional 2.5% Processing fee will be charged for any cancellation.

No Show Policy

100% cancellation fee

Child Policy

Children must be over 12 years old.

Check-in Policy

Check-in start after 3 PM.
