Nozawa Springs Lodge is a cozy traditional Japanese style lodge located just next to Villa Nozawa.
It is a self-carter lodge. You will have an access to full equipped kitchen.

It is located near Karasawa ski area and a public onsen, Nakao no yu is just around the corner.

It is an easy flat walk to village center and English speaking staff is available at Villa Nozawa.

After Hours : We will leave your room numbers and any required information at the reception for that evening. We will see you the following morning.

Booking Policy

We require a non refundable 20% deposit to secure your booking. And the balance payment is due 60days prior to your arrival. If your booking date is within 60days we require the full payment to secure your booking.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your card provided will be charged accordingly.

The final payment is due: 30days prior to your arrival.

You can choose to pay in JPY or AUD. If you wish to pay in AUD please leave a note in the "special requests" box above.

Cancellation Policy

-Cancellation 90days or less prior to start of booking forfeit the 20% deposit already paid.
-Cancellation 60 days or less prior to start of booking incurs a 50% cancellation fee for accommodation.
-Cancellation 30 days or less prior to the start of booking incurs a 100% cancellation fee for accommodation.

*Part Cancellations are handled in the same way.

No Show Policy

No show incurs a 100% cancellation fee for accommodation.

Child Policy

Children are welcome.

Check-in Policy

Check-in is from 3pm but you can leave your luggage at our office before. We require your IDs at the check-in.

Other Policy

If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a replacement booking for the period your deposit can be transferred to your future stay.
