Prepayment policy: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night in the 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 48 hours prior to check-in time of the booking to get a full refund.
Cutoff times are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

No Show Policy

Please note, if cancelled, modified within the 48 hours of check-in day or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in Policy

The Standard Check-in time is from 2 pm until 6 pm.

A late Check-in option is available given the full payment and security deposit on the card are processed before arrival.

During Check-in you are required to present your valid ID (Australian Driver's License, Passport) and the same card used to pay for your reservation (the name on the card needs to match the name of the ID).

Check-out: Standard check-out time is from 8.00 AM to 10.00 AM. if you intend to check out outside of these times, you must notify us and obtain approval from reception at least 24 hours prior to check-out.

Late check-out will incur a fee on a per hour basis.

Late check-out fees will be payable by you upon check-out or failing this, you consent to these fees being deducted from your deposit bond or charged to the credit card provided for the booking.
