Avlon Gardens Motel situated in a quiet location surrounded by landscaped gardens, offers spacious accommodation in Ballina town centre. Facilities include a saltwater swimming pool, off road secure parking, a BBQ area and large airconditioned modern amenities.
Avlon Gardens Motel is a quick 5 minute drive from Ballina's spectacular surf beaches and a 6 minute drive to Ballina Byron Airport.
Our guests enjoy complimentary, temporary membership cards to the local bowls/sports club, which gives a discount on meals and drinks, and is an enjoyable 8 minute stroll away.

All accommodation is air-conditioned and includes a kitchenette with small fridge, toaster, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Each has a private ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. Large TVs with free Netflix streaming service and wifi available in each room.
We also have a large, safe garden area for children to play in.

Booking Policy

A government issued valid ID and valid credit card will be required at check in.

Deposit Policy

A valid credit card or security deposit in required upon check-in

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free of charge prior to 72 hours before arrival (excluding peak periods of Christmas and Easter). Cancellations within 72 hours of 2pm on day of check-in will be charged first nights tariff.

Bookings made between 21st December and 12 January, and Easter long weekend, have a 21 day cancellation policy - a 50% deposit is required upon booking which is fully refundable if cancelled 21 days prior to arrival.

No Show Policy

No-shows without cancellation will be charged the full tariff.

Child Policy

Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 16 years and above are considered adults at this property.
The price shown is for the number of adults in your search. If travelling with children, add them to see correct price and occupancy information.
