Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists with the Barmera Lake Resort Motel. Deposits are NOT refundable unless at least 28 days notice of the cancellation or variation is recieved in writting (email, letter or fax).
Any cancellation or variation within the 28 day period will result in the deposit (1 nights Accommodation ) being forfetied in full. Cancellations must be made in writing or by Email or Fax. In the event of no cancellation or a no showing for the booking, THE FULL ACCOMMODATION AMOUNT will be charged.
