Government ID is required and must be the same as credit card used at time of booking. Person booking must be 18 years of age and above.

Please ensure you have booked with a valid credit card.
Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard Card.

All rates are charged in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of all taxes.

Please inform Beachfront Motel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Strictly no pets allowed.

For 'Nightly Stay' Bookings, full payment will be taken up to 7 days prior to arrival, using the credit card details provided to us on the booking form.

As pre-payment is required prior to your arrival date, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.

For all 'Nightly Stay' Bookings, Cancellations, and amendments can be made FREE OF CHARGE by contacting us via phone or email, at least 7 days prior to the date of check-in(special dates are non-refundable which is listed below as "Other Non-Refundable Dates"). Any changes made after this period will be charged the full tariff.

The following date will be under Non-Refundable cancellation.

All Extended Stay (Non-Refundable) bookings cannot be amended or canceled.

If you have booked through an agent, please refer to their individual policy for full terms and condition.

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge the full booking tariffs.

All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for cots at this property.
There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.
