Booking Policy

A government issued valid ID proof is required for booking.

Deposit Policy

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, monies paid will be refunded.
For bookings cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival, guests are able to:
• Transfer the booking to new dates.
• Transfer the payment for a credit to be issued towards a later booking.
• If your booking was made via an on-line booking agency, you should contact them directly for cancellations, refunds or amendments.


For bookings cancelled within 48hrs of the arrival date, guests will incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the accommodation rates at the sole discretion of the booking manager.

No Show Policy

In case of No Show, no deposit will be reissued.

All children are welcome.

Amarna Resort and its facilities is strictly for the use of registered guests.


Amarna Resort reserves the right to cancel your reservation upon arrival if the maximum occupancy is exceeded.

There are no refunds if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the accommodation and decide to terminate your stay.

There are no refunds for early departure.

Any breach of the Resort Policies and Regulations [including exceeding maximum occupancy] will result in cancellation of your stay, and the full rate of accommodation forfeited.

Resort Management reserves the right to remove any persons from the premises for any breach of the Resort Policies.

Promotions are non transferable.
