Welcome to our beautiful 12 acre paradise located in Hovea, only 31 km from PERTH CBD.
Gumleaf Cottage Farmstay offers a Free Daily hay ride for the kids to feed all of the farm animals. With ponies, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, guinea pigs, dogs, cats and parrots there are plenty of cute animals to visit.
Ride ons, bikes, playground, trampoline and endless outdoor space for games for the whole family.

Free WIFI. Both units have reverse cycle air conditioning/heating and have a dining area and a seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom with shower (a full size bath in the cottage) and a hairdryer in each unit, along with free toiletries.

There is a garden area with a private barbecue at each unit and guests can go hiking and cycling or horse riding nearby.

Perth is 31 km from the accommodation, the nearest airport is Perth Airport, 16 km from Gumleaf Cottage Farmstay.

Beautiful parkland gardens and lawn areas overlooking farmland and forest. Trampoline, playground, swings, sports equipment and children's bikes and ride on toys available free of charge. Board games, toys, books and dvd's are provided also!

Secretarial, printer and email services available on request at additional cost.

No meals provided, self catering. However we do provide basic goods such as Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt, Pepper.
Private BBQ at each Accommodation unit.
Great local Pub meals, coffee shops, tea rooms, bakeries, supermarkets and home deliveries available.

MINIMUM BOOKING POLICY of 3 nights for our 3 bedroom cottage and a minimum of 2 nights for Gumleaf Manor.
Cleaning/Linen Fee is compulsory on all bookings.
COVID DECLARATION: Please ensure that you and your travelling party are free of Covid symptoms prior to arriving at the Farm.
We reserve the right to temperature check any unwell guests on arrival and turn away any guest who is unwell with Covid symptoms.

Payment in full is required to reserve dates.
$200 bond is required at check-in! (Refundable)

Non-refundable within 30 days of check-in!
Date changes may be permitted by discretion of the property owner and will incur a $50 Admin charge.
You may cancel and receive a refund, up until 30 days prior to arrival. A minimum $50 Cancellation fee will apply.

In case of no show, no payment will be returned.

Children under 2 years at date of Check-in stay FREE.
Children aged 2 - 16 years are charged $35 per night.
17 years & over are charged the extra adult rate of $50 per night.
Includes daily animal feeding (8.30am), toys, books, ride-on toys & bikes, trampoline, playgrounds & sports equipment. Pony rides can be arranged during your stay at additional cost.
All children must be supervised adequately by parents throughout your stay. Staff are not responsible for the safety of your children whilst on our property.

Check-In available after 2pm. If you are arriving at a later time please ensure you call to advise your expected arrival time.
