The B&B was formerly used as the Mt Carmel Convent Cottage (1901-1929) by the Presentation Sisters (nuns). Today the B&B offers guests a truly memorable and comfortable stay in the historic cottage which oozes period details. Both suites are well appointed with the highest quality bedlinen to ensure a restful slumber. The Indigo Suite has a King Sized bed, which can be converted into two singles (on prior request). The Mt Carmel Suite is perfect for the romantics, offering a super comfy Queen Size Bed. Both guest suites are equipped with LED TV, ceiling fans and have their own private ensuite bathroom/WC

The booking is confirmed once a booking ID is receipted by the booker

Deposit Policy

No Deposit required.
The full balance will be transacted 14 days before arrival. Please ensure funds are available on the nominated credit card or the booking may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation fee if cancellation occurs prior 14 days of arrival date. Full amount will be charged if canceled within 14 days of arrival date. A partial refund or a credit note will be considered if cancellation is due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances outside of the bookers control. A full refund is considered if the property is able to rebook the room for the same dates.

There is room for a BYO cot. However, La Maison St Arnaud is more suited for single or couple retreat and the business traveller

Check-in Policy

Guest arrival time for check-in is between 3-5PM. Outside of this timeframe is usually okay, just pop me a message with your ETA.
