It’s an amazing shack surrounded by snow-covered rice paddies with superb 360-degree views that will make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but you are only 100m from the main Nagasaka Gondola in Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort!

Harvest House

There are a queen bed in one of the bedroom, a bunk (Double bed on the bottom and a single bed above) in the other bedroom.
There are 2 single beds upstairs so can sleep 6people.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

We require a non refundable 20% deposit to secure your booking.

【Winter Season :December - April 】
The balance payment is due 60days prior to your arrival.
If your booking date is within 60days we require the full payment to secure your booking.

【Summer Season:May - November】
The balance payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
If your booking date is within 14 days we require the full payment to secure your booking.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your card provided will be charged accordingly.

The final payment is due:
Winter season (December - April)- 60 days prior to your arrival.
Summer season (May - November)- 14 days prior to your arrival.

You can choose to pay in JPY or AUD. If you wish to pay in AUD please leave a note in the "special requests" box above.

Cancellation Policy

Winter season(December - April) :

-From the time of confirmation to more than 90 days before arrival: The 20% deposit paid is non-refundable.
However, if you have a valid reason under the special circumstances—such as a medical issue—you may be eligible for a credit towards a future stay.
-90 days or less prior to arrival: A cancellation fee equal to the 20% deposit already paid will apply.
-60 days or less prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total packages price will apply.
-30 days or less prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee will apply for accommodation.

Partial Cancellations
Changes to your booking - such as reducing the number of nights or guests - are treated as partial cancellations and are subject to the same terms outlined above.


Summer season(May - November) :

-Cancellation 14days or less prior to start of booking forfeit the 20% deposit already paid.
-Cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to start of booking, incurs a 50% cancellation fee for accommodation.
-Cancellation 7days or less prior to the start of booking incurs a 100% cancellation fee for accommodation.

*Part Cancellations are handled in the same way.

No Show Policy

No show incurs a 100% cancellation fee for accommodation.

Child Policy

Children are welcome.

Check-in Policy

Check-in is from 3pm but you can leave your luggage at our office before. We require your IDs at the check-in.

Other Policy

If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a replacement booking for the period your deposit can be transferred to your future stay.
