Tonya Dunlop and Stephen Meikle invite you to escape the noisy traffic of the highway and come fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in one of our comfortable self-contained chalets.

Situated just 80 m from Emu Point Beach, the 3.5 star Havana Villas offer fully equipped self-contained chalets with kitchen facilities and an en suite bathroom. Guests have access to BBQ facilities and a coin-operated laundry. We have free WiFi.

Each comfortable chalet at Havana Villas Albany includes a dining area, a TV with a DVD player and air conditioning/heating. Hairdryers and rice cookers are provided.

Bait, ice and DVD hire is available from reception.

Getting There : Havana Villas is located in Albany's premier suburb of Emu Point less than 10 minutes’ drive from the city centre.
Follow the signs to Emu Point from the large roundabout and when you arrive at Emu Point take the first street on the right Medcalf Parade and then the first left Birss Street and we are located at the corner of Birss and Firth Street.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Minimum stays apply to Peak Seasons
December 25th - January 31st - Minimum Stay is 4 nights
Easter Weekend - Minimum stay is 4 nights
Long Weekends - Minimum stay is 3 nights

Deposit Policy

No deposit is required unless you are booking for peak season. Christmas and Easter bookings require a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 1 day before arrival.
Please note 30 days notice is required for peak season bookings

No Show Policy

In case of no show, first night will be charged

Child Policy

Children of any age are welcome.

Children aged 2 years and above are considered adults at this property.

The price shown is for the number of adults in your search. If you're travelling with children, add them to see correct price and occupancy information.
Children (1 years) can use cot upon request for Free
Adult (18+ years), Extra bed upon request for AUD 25 per person, per night.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
