* Payment: You will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
* Deposit: The full amount of your reservation will chargedat the time of booking but this may vary depending on the terms and conditions of the rate booked.
* You will be required to provide the credit card used for payment/guarantee upon arrival and you need to ensure that fund available at the time of payment.
* We also reserve the right to request a Government issued and valid photo ID upon arrival.
* Payment by cash and/or debit card will require a $100 refundable bond.

* Cash Deposit Policy:
Please note that a security deposit is required upon check in, as well as photo-identification. The deposit will be to the value of the total room rate payable, plus $100 per night. The security deposit is refundable upon departure providing there is no outstanding amount owed.
* Payment with Credit card:
Please note that a merchant service fee of 3% for Amex card will be applied to credit card payments.
* Credit card Pre-Authorisation:
Please note that a security deposit is required upon check in. The deposit will be to the value of the total room rate payable, plus $100 per night. After settlement of your bill, any remaining funds should be returned to your account between 5-10 working days, depending on your credit card and individual bank policy.

* Cancel outsite of the 24 hours: You may cancel free of charge until 24 hours before arrival day. But $20 will be incured as administration fee per booking (Non-negotiable).
* No Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival date - Full charges apply (No refund).

Please note, in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children of any age are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room as we do not provide rollaway beds or folder beds into any of our rooms.
Children over the age of 6 years old will be charged for the use of existing bedding.

The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Check in starts 2PM unless you have selected an early check inoption during the booking procedd. We ask that you respect our check in time as we are family owned and operated property where all staff are involved in cleaning rooms and so reception doea not open until 2PM.

* PETS, other than Guide Dogs, are strictly forbidden from being on the premises and you will be asked to leave if pets are seen anywhere on the property.
* SMOKING is strictly forbidden in all rooms.
