Two, four or six guests, our farm cottage in a tranquil rural river setting with amazing views over paddocks to the distant hills is exclusively yours to enjoy. The farm with friendly farm animals, is private and not open to the public. Family accommodation, 3 bedrooms but not overwhelming for a couple. The self-contained cottage has modern facilities where guests can enjoy a taste of yesterday with all the comforts of today. Summer air conditioning, heating and open fire place for winter. Linen and towels are provided, and a supermarket is just 8 kilometres away. Centrally located in the Swan Valley where the choices are endless.

Alternatively travel Tonkin Highway , right at Reid Highway, left at West Swan Road. Property is sign-posted and sign appears on the corner of George Street and West Swan Road.

Swan Valley is home to numerous restaurants, cafes, wineries, tourist attractions, many only just a few kilometre drive from the farm. Although a farm, we are not isolated.

Booking Policy
50 percent deposit is required to confirm a booking with balance of payment 14 days prior to arrival date. We accept visa or mastercard.
Deposit Policy
Deposit required is 50 percent of total booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee is 50 percent of total booking. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival date and is forfeited if booking is cancelled within 14 days.
Change of date is considered a cancellation.
The purchase of travel insurance to cover cancellations is recommended.

Check-in Policy
For contact free check-in, please drive directly to the cottage where you will find a welcoming note in the door, along with the key. On departure, lock the door and leave the key in the door.
