Scenic Rim Motel is situated within Aratula Village on the western side of the Scenic Rim (near Boonah, Kalbar, Moogerah Dam, Mt Alford, Harrisville, Silverdale, Rosevale, Mt French, Willowbank and QLD Raceway).We are a short drive to National Parks and rainforest, water sports at Lake Moogerah, bird life, bush walks, mountains and agriculture.Scenic Rim Motel is set on 2.5 acres with beautiful shady trees, providing a tranquil and relaxing setting for your holiday or overnight accommodation.

Our Motel is extremely clean and comfortable with your own ensuite, complementary tea, coffee, fresh milk and a chocolate treat. Motor Vehicle parking is undercover. Larger vehicles can also be accommodated. If you prefer a bit more room our 2 Bedroom fully self-contained Cottage may be exactly what you are looking for. With a queen bed, a double bed and a double sofa bed it is great for a larger group/family or for a longer stay where cooking facilities would be preferred.

Booking Policy

All bookings made on the internet are subject to approval before being confirmed.

Deposit Policy

You'll be charged for the first night’s accommodation at any time. This may be upon booking or closer to your stay. The balance is payable within the 3 days before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation for up to 72 hours (3 days) is available before the date of arrival (see*). If the booking is cancelled within those 72 hours, 30% of the total cost will be charged. If the booking is cancelled on the day or in the case of a no show, the total booking cost will be charged.

*Please note: When there is a major event on in the region, we may require a minimum stay of more than one night. Full payment may be required well in advance and will be non-refundable. We will advise when booking or closer to the date of the event if this is the case.

No Show Policy

Please note, in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

There is no capacity for extra bed in room.

Check-in Policy

Check-In starts after 02:00 PM but rooms are generally available earlier. If you would like to arrive earlier note it on your booking, but you MUST give us a call to confirm on the day if you would like to check-in before 2pm

A deposit will be required on booking, this deposit is non-refundable unless 72 hours (3 days) notice is given to cancel your booking.

Fees and Charges
Entry into Scenic Rim Motel is conditional upon supply of either a valid credit or debit card. If, in the course of a guest's stay, and to any guests or visitors of that room, any unforeseen expenses become apparent, the guest's credit card will be charged an amount appropriate to the expense incurred, at a rate determined by the management of the Scenic Rim Motel. This would include but not limited to smoking in the rooms, pets in the rooms, damage, stains, stubborn odours and stolen property.

Due to fire regulations, management must be aware of the number of guests in all rooms.
