A valid credit card is required to secure a booking.

Terms and Conditions:
T & C Agreement to be signed upon on check-in. Please note: If your accommodation has been left in an unsatisfactory state an extra cleaning fee will apply. Any damage to the property or will result in additional charges. These charges will be made on the credit card provided at booking and be calculated at managements discretion.

MINIMUM STAYS:
Applicable during High Season, Weekends and Public holidays including long weekends and Special Events:
- December 23rd (3 day minimum)
- New Year’s Eve (2 day minimum)
- Easter (3 day minimum)
- Jazz Festival Weekend (3 day minimum)
- October Moto GP (3 day minimum)
- Cup Weekend (3 day minimum)
- Queen Birthday weekend (3 day minimum)
- Australia Day Weekend (2 day minimum)
- Labour Day weekend (3 day minimum)

HIGH SEASON:
- Friday and Saturday all year around.
- 1st December through to 31st April.

We require a valid credit card to secure your booking. No funds will be deducted from the card until your day of arrival.

CANCELLATION PERIODS:
- During High Season, Public Holiday including long weekends and Special Event times, cancellations or amendments are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival date without penalty.

- Cancellations or amendments 7 days or less prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount (charged to the credit card provided), should any of the booking time be re-sold after the first night, the remainder re-sold component will be refunded.

- For dates outside of High Season, public holidays and Special Event times, cancellations or amendments are accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival date.

- Cancellations or amendments 48 hours or less prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of first night accommodation booking.

- The remaining booking amount will also be charged unless the booking dates are re-sold a refund will be issued.

- If you are cancelling due to COVID-19 first night payment will be charged.

Check in is from 2.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Later arrivals please call in advance to make arrangements with management.
Late check-In can be pre arranged with the Motel.

Strictly no smoking anywhere inside the Motel Room - smoking in rooms (including bathrooms) will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150 charged against the guest credit card provided or the security deposit.
Strictly no parties.
For the benefit of all our guests no loud noise after 10pm.
Health regulations strictly prohibit cooking in rooms (reheating in microwave is allowed).
Number of persons per room strictly as booked.
There is one car space provided per room. Visitor parking is not permitted in guest carpark
All room supplies (towels, blankets etc) are for use in the room only.
Pets are not permitted on the premises. Failure to comply will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee charged against the guest credit card provided or the security deposit.
Please note; damage to rooms, carpet stains, missing or broken remote controls etc may also incur additional charges.
Lost keys will incur a fee of $60 charged against the guest credit card provided or the security deposit.
Management reserves the right to evict any guest not complying with these Terms and Conditions without refund.
On checkout please return keys to Reception or to the Key Return Box outside Reception.
