All Periods: Once in-house - no refunds allowed. Requested move or upgrade after check-in will incur an accommodation cleaning fee and upgrade charge. Management will charge a bond should no guest personal card be available. Visa Debit and Master Debit cards are not credit cards. Management reserves the right to charge patrons for any damage to units or their contents or missing items, and to evict patrons for anti-social behavior. Reservations will not be accepted from persons under age of 18 years, unless accompanied by an adult or guardian sharing the same accommodation.

Payment will be charged once your booking is within the cancellation policy. A 10% deposit may be charged at the time of booking. Debit/Credit card surcharge of 0.68% applicable on all transactions.

Deposit of $250 may be required as a bond upon check-in. Upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded if the room is left in an acceptable condition and no damage is found.

Outside Premium Periods: Minimum 72 Hours. Full payment due 72 hours prior to arrival date. 72 hours or less, no refund.

Premium Periods: Months of December and January, Long weekends, Public holidays, Victoria School Holidays, Easter, Superbikes, Events/ Festivals- Cancellation policy is 7 days. Full payment due 7 days prior to arrival date. 7 days or less, no refund.

Moto GP: Cancellation policy is 60 days. Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival date. 30 days or less, no refund.

Bus group bookings: $1000 deposit required making the booking. No amendments allowed 30 days prior to arrival date.

In the event of insufficient notice being given, or failure to arrive, please note that you accept liability up to the value entire tariff, if we are unable to re-let your allocated room. All cancellation request must be in writing (info@tropicanamotorinn.com.au).

No-show policy- In case of no-show or early check-out, no refunds are applicable.

For guests travelling from all other states of Australia (excluding Victoria), or from overseas: Credits and refunds are not possible for cancellations during the usual non-refundable period. These guests are encouraged to take out appropriate, comprehensive travel insurance.

Children of any age are welcome.

0 - 2 years can use a cot upon request for AUD 50 per stay

Checkin From 2pm onwards. A valid ID is compulsory. For late check-in, please contact us on 0493370861 to arrange check-in instructions.
Early check-in/ late check-out incur an additional fee and is required to be arranged prior.

Please bring pool/beach towels.

Convenience stores, Coles, Aldi and Woolworths are all within a short walk.

A $100 fee will be charged if furniture is displaced in the room upon check-out inspection.

Internet provided at the property is complimentary and is not for TV streaming services.

No pets or Outside guests are permitted on the premises without staff permissions. Penalties apply if not adhered to.

Occupancy Limit- Each room has an occupancy limit. All guests are required to confirm the number of guests upon check-in. If the guest fails to declare the correct number of guests or bring in extra guests without permission, Penalties will be applied.

No personal BBQs allowed to be used on the premises.

Zero Tolerance- Zero tolerance to any type of disorderly behavior. You will be asked to leave with no refund if you fail to follow the property rules.

Unit style and Room Number: Management can change unit styles or cancel reservations should unforeseen circumstances prevent the nominated unit style being available.
