Anti-social behavior in any form is not tolerated and may lead to the police being called or forfeiture of monies payed. In particular there is NIL tolerance of illegal drug use. Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited and may affect your ability to stay at the motel in the future. A clean up service fee may apply. Alcohol consumption in public areas is discouraged. Excessive drinking is anti-social. Domestic violence is also referred to the Police. Theft of items from rooms will place your name on the banned register and referral to the Police. Tampering with security equipment or any other persons property will also be reported.
Late check-outs past 10am on the day of departure will attract a late checkout fee.
Damage to motel facilities whether intentional or not may lead to further action being taken to recover the loss including consequential loss due to your actions.
