Dining

Our cottages are self contained with BBQ facilities. Cockatoo Cottage has a stove and oven with a full Kitchen.
Rosella Cottage has a small kitchenette with basic utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee pod, deep electric frypan and microwave.

Other Cottages are under construction.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of funds for your reserved dates. All bookings require payment in full at the time of bookings. Booking confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you once your booking is complete. There is a Non Refund Policy on all bookings if a no show/ cancellation occurs within 48 hrs prior to booking date, unless able to book the accommodation by other guests.

Deposit Policy

Payment for the full duration of your stay is required upon bookings. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. We accept Visa and Mastercard via our booking system.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will result in one night's accommodation being forfeited. Cancellation that are less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival will forfeit the full value of your booking. At the owner's discretion, we may offer you an alternative date to re-schedule your stay with us. Cancellatio within 48 hrs of arrival date is a no-refund policy.

No Show Policy

Payment for bookings where guests do not show shall be forfeited.

Child Policy

Redtail Ridge Cottages is an ADULTS ONLY - Guests 18 and over.

We have no facilities for children.

Check-in Policy

Check in is available from 2pm. You will be required to provide your vehicle registration number and credit card information on arrival for security purposes. This information is destroyed within 7 days of your departure, where no theft or damage has occurred.

Redtail Ridge Cottages is not set up for children, due to our deep water Safety Policy on farm.

We are an Adult only accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Policy

Please note we cannot accept pets at Redtail Ridge Cottages, due to livestock on the property.
