Car Parking : Free parking available. Additional parking for coaches, trucks, trailers, and minibuses at the rear of the property.
Getting There : From Melbourne, follow the signs to Ararat and then Halls Gap. Take Ararat Pomonal Rd, which becomes Lake Fyans Rd and leads directly to Halls Gap township. After passing the information centre, shops, and cafes, continue for approximately 500 meters until you reach the Country Plaza on the left.
If you're traveling from north Horsham, drive along the Western Highway. Look for signs to Halls Gap, but note that this route takes you through the mountains for a scenic drive. For the quickest way, before reaching Stawell Town Centre, turn down Grampian's Rd where Halls Gap signs are displayed.
If you are coming from the coast, you can reach Halls Gap by taking the Great Ocean Road until you reach Warrnambool. From there, follow the signs to Dunkeld and then continue on the Glenelg Highway towards Halls Gap. We are on the right hand side before the main township.

Queen Room

Renovated non-smoking motel room with a Queen bed and a private bathroom featuring a shower. The room includes standard amenities such as a flat screen television, DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, electronic key card door locks, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and an in-room safe. The room rate covers the use of 1 bed only, and additional charges apply for the use of the second bed in the room, please note we are unable to remove the 2nd bed from the room. It is located in the courtyard along Grampians Road and the driveway. The maximum occupancy is 2 people using the queen bed only, and please ensure that the correct occupancy is entered as there may be additional charges. If you require the use of 2 beds, please book an Economy Twin share room or if you only want 1 bed in the room, please book the business king option. Housekeeping services are not available on Sundays or public holidays.

Dining

Darcy's Breakfast Cafe serves breakfast Monday - Friday from 8 am to 9.30 am. We offer an a-la-carte menu, with occasional limited menus or buffet breakfast options. Please be aware that the cafe is closed on weekends unless there are groups staying at the hotel. Room service is not currently available.

Darcy's Bar & Grill is temporarily closed to the public. However, we do provide food service for group tours staying at our motel with a minimum of 15 rooms. Food can be pre-ordered or arranged for functions.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Deposit
The full amount of your reservation will be charged within 48 hours of your arrival date. Please ensure that the credit card used for payment/guarantee has sufficient funds at the time of payment. Additionally, we may ask for a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival. If you prefer to pay by cash or debit card, a $100 refundable bond will be required.

Deposit Policy

Cash Deposit Policy:
A security deposit is required upon check-in, along with photo identification.
The deposit amount will be equal to the total room rate payable, plus $100 per night.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided there are no outstanding charges.
Credit Card Payment:

A security deposit is required upon check-in.

After settling your bill, any remaining funds will be returned to your account within 5-10 working days, based on your credit card and individual bank policy.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for non-peak bookings. Different policies apply during peak periods, long weekends, and festivals. If you cancel or modify your booking before 48 hours prior to arrival, a $15 administration fee per room applies. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, full charges will apply.

No Show Policy

Failure to arrive will result in full charges for the booking.

Child Policy

No extra beds are available in the room, as we do not provide rollaway or foldable beds. Children above 2 years old will be charged for using the existing bedding.

Check-in Policy

Check-in starts after 2 PM. Early check-in may be available, but please check with the property in advance. Charges may apply.

Other Policy

Pets, with the exception of service animals, are kindly requested to refrain from accompanying guests on the premises. Should any pets be noticed anywhere on the property, you may be asked to leave.
