As pre-payment is required prior to your arrival date, please ensure that you have booked with a valid credit card.

For all 'Nightly Stay' Bookings, Cancellations, and amendments can be made FREE OF CHARGE by contacting us via phone or email, at least 7 days prior to the date of check-in(special dates are non-refundable which is listed below as "Other Non-Refundable Dates"). Any changes made after this period will be charged the full tariff.

All Extended Stay (Non-Refundable) bookings cannot be amended or canceled.

The following date will be under 21 days of free cancellation.

All children are welcome.

One child under 1 year is charged AUD 15 per person per night in a child's cot/crib.

All older children or adults are charged AUD 30 per night when using existing beds.

The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

Maximum of 1 infant (under 12 months of age) permitted free of charge, per room booked. Children aged 12 months of age or over, will be considered as full paying guests. Strictly no pets allowed.
