A waterfront, self-contained, air-conditioned, sleeps 8, 4 bedroom cottage. It is situated on superb St Georges Basin and only 7 minutes to the pristine Jervis Bay Marine Park and the famous Hyams Beach.
Early arrivals/late checkouts are available if bookings permit.
Pets are allowed at owners discretion. Free WiFi. Linen and bath towels are supplied. Beds are made up.
There is a $190 cleaning fee per stay.

Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including water sports, cycling, museums, art exhibitions, superb walking/bike tracks, 2 national parks, bird/wildlife/whale/dolphin watching and golf (2 courses).
Bike, boat, kayak and paddleboard hire are available in the area.

It comfortably sleeps 8. It offers views over the lake. Ideal for the family holiday or for that romantic weekend away.

It has a bathroom upstairs plus a ensuite/laundry downstairs. There is also an outdoor cold shower and toilet.
The bathrooms both consist of shower, vanity and toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied in both. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom upstairs.

Bed 1 has 1Q, bed 2 has a split King/or 2 long singles, bed 3 has 1Q+1S, a lounge and a smart TV and bed 4 has 1S + a lounge with a view. It opens out onto the garden. Both of the latter bedrooms have access to the new ensuite in the laundry.

Downstairs rooms are accessed via external stairs. They have a temperate climate and are not air- conditioned. For the extremes, heaters and fans are supplied. The main living area upstairs is air- conditioned.

Quality linen and bath towels, bat mats, tea towels are included. Beds are made prior to arrival. You only need your beach towels. Mid season doonas, pillows and slips and extra blankets are supplied.

Pets are welcome at owners discretion - you must check on booking. Large dogs must be kept outside on the porch. Pups are not allowed. The garden is fully-fenced at waist height and has an extensive area of flat lawn - ideal for your pet. No animals are allowed on the furniture - an extra cleaning fee maybe charged if pet hair is found on lounges or beds. Droppings must be removed from the property and dogs must be fully vaccinated. Before visiting make sure that your pet's tick medication is up to date.

Jervis Bay Brewing Co has great craft beers and an atmosphere to match. Husky has a pleasant cocktail lounge and Husky Pub is always good for a catchup. The area has many varied delectable restaurants and cafes. Make sure you try them when you come.

Car Parking : Free private parking is possible on site. Undercover parking for 3 medium size cars and room for a boat as well.
Getting There : Both Canberra and Sydney are a 2 hour drive to Paradise Bungalow Waterfront. Nowra is 26 km from the property. Bomaderry Railway Station (near Nowra) is the nearest train station.

Paradise Bungalow Waterfront

Waterfront Reserve, on the pristine saltwater lake of St Georges Basin. Great for fishing, kayaking, sailing, paddleboarding or just cooling off. It has a lovely view over the lake and the sunsets are noted in Google as being one of the best in the Shoalhaven.

Linen is supplied free. Beds are freshly made before arrival. Doonas; luxury linen - cotton sheets, pillow cases.
Bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, hair dryer and toiletries are supplied.
A clothes airer, iron, ironing board, mop/bucket are housed in the laundry.

Pets are welcome free of charge, at the owner's discretion. Check on booking. Large dogs must be kept outside on the porch. A large trampoline bed and medium-sized kennel are on the porch. Pups are not allowed. The large, grassy, flat garden is fully fenced at waist height. Dogs love the freedom.

Ideal for the family holiday or for that romantic weekend away. A triple sliding glass door opens up onto the porch bringing the outdoor in.
With its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2+ living areas, it comfortably sleeps 8.
The upstairs is accessed via an outside staircase.
The downstairs rooms are accessed through the carport.

The outdoor area has a Webber BBQ, a large dining table, and many chairs.
Thus, allowing you to chase the well-shaded or sunny areas of the garden.

Booking Policy

A Government issued valid ID proof is needed for Booking.
A signed Lease Agreement form must be returned prior to the booking.

Deposit Policy

A deposit, up to a 50% of the total price can be taken at any time and the balance taken 30 days prior to arrival. Usually though, a deposit is not taken more than 30 days prior to arrival unless the booking is in peak times or the booking is months in advance.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival if a payment is made before the 30 days.
50% refund if cancelled within 15-30 days prior to arrival.
No Refund if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund on credit card surcharges.
For any of the above cancellations - The Refund will be the entitled amount less any processing/credit card surcharge fees.

A booking maybe rescheduled subject to availability, otherwise cancellation fees apply. Price differences may apply for re-booked dates.

No Show Policy

No refund given for no show.

Child Policy

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Check-in Policy

Check-in starts after 3:00 PM unless previously organised.
Check-out is strictly by 10.00 AM unless previously organised. Late 4pm checkout on Sundays, also on Mondays of long weekends. Not included over Xmas School Holidays.

Other Policy

CHECKOUT: is strictly 10am unless otherwise organised.
DAMAGE: The repair costs for any damage to the property or the cost of replacing damaged or missing items will be deducted from your credit card to the limit of $700.
PETS: You need to seek approval for your pet prior to booking.
Any pet droppings must be removed from the yard and property.
Any dog staying at the property must be fully vaccinated (current) and wormed prior to their stay. Large dogs must stay outside on the covered porch. Small dogs are permitted inside but must remain off furniture otherwise there will be an extra cleaning fee.
The pet owner must pay for the repairs of any damage done by their pet.
GROUPS: Any group must be accompanied by 2 adults who are over 21 years old. No schoolies are permitted.
Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in immediate termination of your tenancy. No refund will be given.
