Booking Policy

A government approved ID proof and a valid Credit card is needed at the time of check in. If you are eligible for any discount, please provide proof at check in.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Peak periods requires a deposit of 25AUD before you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 48 hours prior to check-in will not incur a fee and any deposit paid will be refunded except on long weekends, public holidays or event weekends.

No Show Policy

No Shows will be billed for the for the first night of the booking.

Child Policy

Children welcome. Cot available free of charge, Must supply own bedding.

Other Policy

The property is pet friendly by prior arrangement. You must notify management if you are travelling with a pet.
