Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Deposit Policy

Guests MAY be charged the first night as a deposit but will sometimes be asked to pay on check in. During peak times the entire amount will be charged prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation will result in a cancellation fee. This excludes peak periods, where a 7 day cancellation period is applicable.

No Show Policy

In case of no-show 100% of first night will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged AUD 10 per person per night in a child's cot/crib. One older child or adult is charged AUD 20 per person per night in an extra bed.

Check-in Policy

Check-in time starts at 2 PM. Reception closes at 8.00 PM. Please call to arrange a key if checking in after hours.
