Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur the loss of the first nights accommodation charges which will be deducted from the credit card supplied at the time of booking.

Any child under the age of 12 sleeping in existing bedding with not be charged.

To ensure all guests have a pleasant stay, we have a strict "no party" policy. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.

NO SMOKING in rooms. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning if evidence of smoking in the rooms is found.
