All bookings must be made by over 18 year olds with a current valid credit card.

Deposit Policy

All bookings must be verified with a current valid credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24hrs (2pm) the day prior to arrival. Cancellations after 2pm the day prior will be subject to 1 nights accommodation charge.

All online bookings must be paid at the time of booking.

No Show Policy

The first full night rate will be charged.

Child Policy

Infants up to 2 year are free of charge when using existing bedding, Children using extra beds are normal rate.
Extra guests are $20.00 above the normal room rate for 2 persons using a queen bed.

Check-in Policy

Guests need current credit card used for making their booking for security and proof of identity. Guest responsible for the room must be over the age of 18yrs. Check-in is from 2pm to 8pm every day including weekends and public holidays. No same day on-line bookings will be accepted after 6pm. A night key safe is available for guests arriving after hours, but the office must be contacted for Night safe code before 8pm.
Check-out is 10am.
