Burleigh Gold Coast Motel

This motel is owned and operated by a local family who's mission is to provide clean, comfortable and affordable budget accommodation whilst immersing yourself in the local lifestyle that Burleigh Heads has to offer.
The motel is located on the border of Burleigh Heads and Miami and is central to the entire Gold Coast and all that it has to offer.
Walking distance to beautiful beaches, dining & shopping precincts, everything you need is at the doorstep.

Local public transport is available at the front of the motel and we are a short 20 min drive along the Gold Coast Highway from Coolangatta airport. Experience the famous Surfers Paradise, 15 minute drive, without having to endure the hustle and bustle of the tourist haven.

All of our rooms include a bathroom, linen, towels, toiletries, TV, bar fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, crockery and tea & coffee.
Our outdoor pool is located on the ground level as well as an outdoor BBQ area and coin operated laundry facilities.

Booking Policy

Payment for the first night accommodation must be made when booking to secure booking. (Excluding bookings in the non-refundable period 20.12.2020 - 18.01.2021 where in full payment of stay is required upon booking).

Deposit Policy

A deposit is payable upon booking in accordance with the Booking Policy. This will be refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to check in (Excluding bookings in the non-refundable period 20.12.2020 - 18.01.2021)

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 Hours - Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night. (Excluding bookings in the non-refundable period 20.12.19 - 18.01.20)

Check-in Policy

Balance and full payment of your stay must be made when checking in. Photo Identification is also required.

A damage deposit of $200.00 is required on arrival. This will be collected by cash or redit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Easter holidays - 2 April 2021 to 5 April 2021
For all bookings make for the above periods the full payment of your stay is to be made upon booking with a no change / no refund policy.
