Butlers at Byron offers a well presented four bedroom beach house with deck overlooking the heated plunge pool. It has a well equipped kitchen with servery opening out to the bbq area. There is a large open plan living area and all bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning and fans. The main bedroom offers a king size bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 2 & 4 are king size beds however can be made as two singles on request. The third bedroom has a double bed with single bunk above. Off street carparking is available to accommodate approximately 3 cars.
There is also a separate self contained studio. The studio also has a well equipped kitchen and large outdoor area . There is a queen size bed with ensuite and ceiling fans. The access for the studio is via a rear lane and off street parking is also available.
Each property is totally private from the other and can be booked as a whole (subject to availability) or individually. Free wifi is included for both properties. Butlers at Byron is located within 500 metres to the main shopping centre, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute stroll to Byron Bay's iconic beaches.

Getting There : To access the main house drive along Butler St past the bus terminal. Property is on the right. There is car parking for 2/3 cars. To access the studio drive along Butler St, turn right into Burns St then immediate left into an unidentified lane. Access is behind a large timber sliding gate at the end of the lane on the left.
Property is within 300 metres to the bus terminal, main shopping centre and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. Airport transfers from Ballina Byron Gateway Airport and Gold Coast Airport are readily available.
