A valid government issued Id proof is required for booking.
Deposit Policy
One night charge is required to secure the apartment at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until you payment has processed successfully. We require the final payment 30 days prior to arrival. There is a 2% credit card fee for visa/ mastercard and 3.5% for Amex. If you wish to pay by other means, please feel free to call us to arrange.
Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your booking time, 20AUD for credit card charges / admin fee is charged but no cancellation fee; * If you cancel between booking date/time and up to 30 days prior to arrival your deposit of 1 night is the cancellation charge; If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival time, no refund will be provided unless we can re-sell the apartment again - which we are more than happy to try for you.
No Show Policy
No refund will be issued in case of no show
Child Policy
Please note L'Auberge Noosa is not suitable for young children. Infants who are 12 months old and younger do not pay - however will need separate arrangements made for cots, high chairs, prams etc. We hire these on your behalf if needed. Please enquire by calling directly.
Check-in Policy
Checkin starts after 02:00 PM or if the apartment is available sooner we will text you first thing to advise.
