By booking or paying a deposit for Toogoolawah Motel you agree to accept all of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Toogoolawah Motel requires 48hrs notice for cancellation. The 1st night is charged for late notification
By providing credit card details you warrant that you have authority to use the credit card and you Authorise Toogoolawah Motel to charge the credit card the full amount to check in and to secure your booking.
Toogoolawah Motel also reserve the right to Charge the Card after departure where additional costs have been incurred such as ....... additional bedding, additional cleaning, smoking fee's, disruption to other guests with smoke alarm etc. or any damages.
Rates quoted are PER ROOM, PER NIGHT.
Additional bedding used will be charged at $20 per bed per night
Additional guests will be charged at $20 per person per night.

No Pets on Beds. No pets to be left unattended in rooms. Cleaning fee applies.
* CHILDREN 16yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
* NOISE...Excessive noise can be a major cause of complaint. Loud music, televisions or yelling
that causes excessive noise will not be permitted. Charges may apply.
* NO SMOKING, OPEN FLAME COOKING, CANDLES OR INCENSE STICKS.
Toogoolawah Motel is a non smoking property. All guests are asked to smoking outside rooms (not
in Bathrooms)
Guest failing to abide by this term may be responsible for the Cost of Smokers Clean.
* Fees for ELECTRIC VEHICLES charging (cars).
* HOUSEKEEPING. We currently provide a Service Clean including fresh linen for those guests
staying longer than 7 nights.
This clean is scheduled between the hours of 9.00am – 1.30pm on the day it is due. Should
guests wish to request an additional clean or linen, charges apply to the Credit Card
on booking.
* INSURANCE for your belongings must be arranged by yourself.
No liability is accepted by the property owner for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, or
inconvenience caused by events outside the owner’s control.
* If you NOTICE ANY DAMAGE please let us know immediately to avoid disputes on departure.
* Items left at premises will not be automatically returned.
* CLEANING - you agree to leave property in a clean and tidy state, cups rinsed and stacked. ALL
Rubbish IN the bin.
EXCESS RUBBISH that does not fit into the bins at the property must be disposed of
responsibly.
* WET TOWELS left in Bathroom
* DAMAGES to the room, common areas or fixtures and fittings of the property must be
reported to reception immediately and paid for.
* The guest agrees to allow the OWNER or APPOINTED TRADES PERSON to enter into the room at
the time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints. You will be notified prior to entry.
* NO PARTY POLICY - strict policy to ensure we can protect the Motel from damage and maintain it to the standard expected by all guests. Our policy ensures all guests can enjoy their time with us without inconvenience from noise or actions of others. Toogoolawah Motel will not accept a reservation when the intent is to have a party, gathering or function within the room.
