Booking PolicyIf a confirmed booking is cancelled:
Seven (7) or more days before arrival date - a $25 administration fee per cancelled room will be charged to the guest who made the booking
Less than seven (7) days before arrival date - a charge will be applied to the guest who made the booking to the value of one nights accommodation per cancelled room
During weekends, long weekends or special events where a booking has been made with a minimum night stay, single nights cannot be cancelled.
Please Note: If cancelling a booking by fax or email, do not consider the booking cancelled until we acknowledge the cancellation by return fax/email.
In the event a notification of cancellation is not received hence acknowledged and a guest does not show, the full tariff for the booked stay will be charged.
