Booking Policy

All bookings must be secured by valid credit card; At the time of booking all accommodation charges will be deducted from the credit card supplied

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or change of booking will result in a 100% forfeiture of complete Tariff paid.
Unexpected events outside the motels control such as illness, mechanical failure etc are not grounds for exceptions to this policy at this time

Child Policy

Any Child that needs to provided with separate bedding are to be included in the booking request and will attract a $35 room charge.

Deposit Policy

Noshow Policy
