Enjoy the heated resort style pool (closed for winter). Screened glass front door enable you to take in the garden or acreage view. Sleep soundly in a Queen bed and Double bed, with trundle option for families of 5. Bedding and linen can be provided at additional cost. The comforts of home under a canvas roof.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy

Book only children 5 to 17years. Please note in special request any infants/toddlers staying with you and if you are bringing a port-a-cot. Booking confirmation email will be sent after booking.

Cancellation Policy

2 weeks before check in full payment is due. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will lose full payment (if Tent is not re-booked). If tent is rebooked a full credit can be given or a refund minus a $50 admin fee will be available.

Checkin Policy

Self check in available. Instructions will be emailed after payment is processed.

Child Policy

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Please note all children under 5 years are free of charge and are included in the maximum number of guests per tent.

Deposit Policy

No deposit needed except for some peak times which is due at time of booking. Full payment due if booking 14 days or less from arrival date. Balance due 14 days before arrival.

No-show Policy

No shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Other Policy

No pets. Non smoking accommodation, designated non covered outdoor smoking areas.
