* CHECK-IN...... 1.30pm
* CHECK-OUT... 9.30am. A surcharge of $30 per hour will be charged if you check-out after 9:30.
* To ADD late check-out/early check-in to your reservation, please let us know when making the
booking so tariff can be adjusted accordingly.

* CHILDREN 16yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

* NOISE...Excessive noise can be a major cause of complaint. Loud music, televisions or yelling
that causes excessive noise will not be permitted.

* NO SMOKING, OPEN FLAME COOKING, CANDLES OR INCENSE STICKS.
Guest failing to abide by this term may be responsible for the cost of cleaning all
furnishings, and window coverings.

* Fees for ELECTRIC VEHICLES charging (cars).

* HOUSEKEEPING. We currently provide a Service Clean including fresh linen for those guests
staying longer than 7 nights.
This clean is scheduled between the hours of 9.00am – 1.30pm on the day it is due. Should
guests wish to request an additional clean or linen, charges apply to the Credit Card
on file.

* INSURANCE for your belongings must be arranged by yourself.
No liability is accepted by the property owner for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, or
inconvenience caused by events outside the owner’s control.

* If you NOTICE ANY DAMAGE please let us know immediately to avoid disputes on departure.
* Items left at premises will not be automatically returned.

* CLEANING - leave property in a clean and tidy state, cups rinsed and stacked. ALL Rubbish in bin.
Any costs for cleaning above the standard items that our cleaners do, must be paid for by the
guest.

* EXCESS RUBBISH that does not fit into the bins at the property must be disposed of
responsibly.

* WET TOWELS left in Bathroom

* DAMAGES to the room, common areas or fixtures and fittings of the property must be
reported to reception immediately and paid for.

* The guest agrees to allow the OWNER or APPOINTED TRADES PERSON to enter into the room at
the time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints. You will be notified prior to entry.

Cancellation Policy

1 NIGHT stay. 48hrs cancellation notice Late cancellations. Full charge. Multiple Days/Rooms will require 7 DAYS notice for cancellation from booking date. "No Shows" will be Charged Full Price.
