* CHECK-IN...... 1.30pm
* CHECK-OUT... 9.30am. A surcharge of $30 per hour will be charged if you check-out after 9:30.

* Prior to your check in, you will be required to provide information, confirming phone number as
well as providing a valid credit card for security purposes.
* If you would like to add options eg, late check-out to your reservation, please let us know when
making the booking so tariff can be adjusted accordingly.

* No Push Bikes IN rooms. Complimentary chains available.
if you are charging E-bikes extension leads available.

* Pet Friendly..... $30 per day. NO Pets ON or IN beds. Complimentary pet beds available.
Please don't leave your pet unattended in the room.

* Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

* NOISE...Excessive noise can be a major cause of complaint. Loud music, televisions
that causes excessive noise will not be permitted.

* "No Smoking" or "Open Flame" cooking in rooms. No candles/incense sticks.
Guest failing to abide by this term may be responsible for the cost of cleaning all
furnishings, and window coverings.

* Fee applies charging EV cars.

* Housekeeping. We currently provide a Service Clean including fresh linen for those guests
staying longer than 7 nights.
This clean is scheduled between the hours of 9.30am – 1.30pm on the day it is due. Should
guests wish to request an additional clean or linen charges will be applied to the Credit Card
on file.

* Any required insurance for your belongings must be arranged by yourself.
No liability is accepted by the property owner for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, or
inconvenience caused by events outside the owner’s control.

* If you notice any damage please let us know immediately to avoid disputes on departure.
* Items left at premises will not be automatically returned.

* The guest agrees to leave the property in a clean and tidy state and washing up done and
stacked. Any costs for cleaning above the standard items that our cleaners do, must be paid for
by the guest. Excess rubbish that does not fit into the bins at the property must be disposed of
responsibly.
* All damages to the property, common areas or fixtures and fittings of the property must be
reported to reception immediately and paid for.
* The guest agrees to allow the owner or appointed trades person to enter into the room at
any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.

Cancellation Policy

1 NIGHT stay. 48hrs cancellation notice Late cancellations. Full charge. Multiple Days/Rooms will require 7 DAYS notice for cancellation from booking date. "No Shows" will be Charged Full Price.
