Dunsborough is the only beach town in the Margaret River region facing north, sheltered from the strong sea breeze. This means you can enjoy a world-class wine or BBQ here at the Beach House in the afternoon, without the wind you will find in other coastal towns.
And it's just a 5 minute stroll to Dunsborough's pretty shops and cafes, so you don't even have to drive.

The Beach House itself is fantastic - packed with architectural features including 6 stylish bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and sweeping ocean views across a dazzling, sheltered sandy beach right outside your door. The different shades of blue sea and white sand bars to walk on are stunning.
Five of the master bedrooms have their own ensuites, another advantage over other properties. The new main bedroom upstairs has unrivalled views over the sandy beach right outside.

The Beach House rammed earth design is both modern and natural, for a down south holiday with everything including ocean views, ensuites, air con, big screen TVs, European kitchen and stone fireplace. And there's a perfect thatched Bali daybed to relax on with panoramic beach views.

Stunning features at the Beach House include comfortable lounges to watch the beach, original art from around the world, historic Indian temple prayer stones built into rammed earth walls, and eye-catching French art created from vintage champagne foils, celebrating wine and food.
The barbecue area is also fantastic with its own pizza oven, all under cover with a wine barrel from Watershed Wines..

There is an upstairs retreat in the tree house turret that's great for watching the ocean or meditating. Here you can get away from it all, surrounded by timber and natural finishes.

Beach House Dunsborough is right on a beautiful sheltered beach. This beach house has beautiful ocean views, a lawn onto the beach, a thatched Bali day bed to watch beach life drift by, an undercover BBQ and pizza oven, and much more. Enter past the Whalers Cove office, go around the bend (where we're all going) and at the end on the left you'll arrive at the Beach House with its brick turret. Your free wifi code will be provided before arrival.

Booking Policy

For booking confirmation, you must email us immediately at: info@dunsboroughbeach.net. At the same time, please direct deposit 20% of total to: Primepoint Pty Ltd - BSB 016350 Account number 3409 20911. Please include your name for identification. Or for 20% deposit payment by credit card, please contact us immediately with your credit card details (this incurs a 1.5% bank surcharge).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel within the 14 days before arrival. The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of arrival to help us rebook the property in case of late cancellation. However, we will always refund the deposit if we can rebook the Beach House at the last minute.

Checkin Policy

Check in time starts at 1:30 PM.

Child Policy

All children are welcome if well behaved. This booking includes up to 6 guests. Extra adults are charged AUD 35 per night or extra children AUD 25 dollars per night when using existing beds, to cover extra linen and towel costs. Maximum of 12 people can be accommodated.

Direct deposit details: Primepoint Pty Ltd - BSB 016350 Account number 3409 20911 Please include your name for identification. Or you can pay 20% deposit by credit card with a 1.5% surcharge (the bank actually charges us 2.5%).

No-show Policy

In case of NoShow 100% of booking total will be charged.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
