We are conveniently placed for exploring Mildura's hospitality, being a short walk to shopping and dining destinations. Mildura RSL is opposite the motel, as well as The Working Man's Club, just a stone throw away.

We welcome families, couples, corporate clients and the weary traveller.

Our Motel offers 3½ star accommodation which is suitable for any budget. We have a variety of room configurations including, Queens, Twins, Family Rooms, Apartments with Kitchenettes and Deluxe Rooms. All our rooms are comfortable, clean and offer Free access to WiFi, fresh milk and undercover parking for most units.

Our property comprises a beautiful In-ground swimming pool and Free outdoor BBQ area for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. NO Hens nights, NO Bucks parties, NO end of year parties, NO excessive drinking that causes any kind of a disturbance to other guests. At the owners discretion you will be removed from the property if there are any complaints from other paying guests AND no refund given! Credit card fees do apply to all bookings, prior arrangement can be made for Bank transfer, or cash payment to avoid fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellation fee will be 1 nights stay, except during peak periods, group bookings or longs stays **Deposit is non-refundable. **Please Note: There are no refunds after room occupancy. Cancellation of a Prepaid booking made through reception will incur a $25 Admin/Bank Fee.

Checkin Policy

Check-in time starts at 2 PM, unless by prior arrangement. Discretional fees will apply to all early & late checking.

Child Policy

All children are welcome, however a valid credit card will be required upon check-in, in the case of any accidental damages to linen or furnishings. Porta-cots are available for a small fee (No linen supplied)

Deposit Policy

50% Deposit and a $500 good behaviour bond is required for all Group Bookings, 50% Deposit for Peak periods and long stays of 7 days or more. **All Bookings are subject to cancellation by property management if terms are not complied. **Deposit is non-refundable

No-show Policy

No-shows of 1 or 2 Night stay will be charged 100% of your booking. During Peak & Holiday periods you will be charged for your entire booking.

Other Policy

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
