Simple and Stylish, the House on the Hill is a fully renovated modern farmhouse perched on the hill at Montville. It overlooks paddocks with horses and cows and adjoins 15 ha of rainforest. The perfect accommodation Montville.

The House on the Hill sleeps up to eight people in four generous sized bedrooms. The beds are 2 kings that can also be made into 4 single beds. The others are both queen beds. They are furnished in simple French country style with linen upholstered bedheads and a theme of birds and butterflies on the covers of the fluffy donas. Each room has large windows that look out to the garden and forest or across the hill, curtains and blinds provide privacy.

Booking Policy

We have the right to charge your credit card if there has been damage done to the property. We will be in touch and discuss this before charging card.

Cancellation Policy

We require 30 days notice of cancellation otherwise a 50% of total will be required. A $60 cancellation fee will be charged. No refund if less then 2 weeks is given.

Checkin Policy

Check in time starts after 2:00 PM

Child Policy

We except children, but please be careful of letting young ones roam around not supervised.

Deposit Policy

We require a 50% on booking and a balance payment of 2 weeks before arrival unless booking and arriving within 2 weeks then 100% of total is required. No-show Policy

We charge in full with no refund.

Other Policy

We have a noise requirement of 11pm. After this time please respect out neighbors. The cattle and horses are normally well behaved but again please don't leave gates open or stir them up.
