Booking Policy

1/3 deposit taken at time of booking with the balance payable 7 days before arrival. Number of guests staying in the apartment must not exceed the booking.

Cancellation Policy

If received more than 30 days in advance are entitled to a full refund of the deposit less an administration cancellation fee of $50. If booked during peak times there will be an administration cancellation fee of $100. If received less than 30 days in advance, a refund is applicable (as above) only if the apartment is re-let for the full cancelled period. If a booking is cancelled after it has been moved once there is no refund of the deposit. Refunds are not given for early departure. COVID-19- A full refund less a cancellation fee will be granted if a booking is cancelled due to a Border Closure, Lockdown, you test positive and have to isolate, or a COVID outbreak occurs and the Government restricts travel to your accommodation.

Checkin Policy

Check-in is from 2:30pm, where the balance of your account will be taken. Check-in is available out of hours please contact us at (02) 6495-1317 to advise of your ETA.

Child Policy

Children are welcome. We have available cots, fold outs and high chairs for ground floor apartments only. Please check availability by contacting us on (02) 6495-1317.

Deposit Policy

No-show Policy

In case of no-show 100% of booking will be charged.

Linen is complimentary to all queen beds. Single bed linen is included per additional guests booked.
