We are situated 2km from the small township of Halls Gap and 200 metres from the Halls Gap Hotel. Take a nature walk or ride along the bike/walking path into Halls Gap and have time to savour the panoramic views of the Grampians.

Our two bedroom sandstone cottages are perfect for a family holiday or spacious accommodation for one or two couples. They have coonara fires and electric heating for Winter and cooling for Summer. They are equipped with complete kitchens and leather lounges to relax in after a big day exploring the area.

The one bedroom units are great for those on a budget that demand comfort and cleanliness and self contained accommodation. They also have heating and cooling and a bedroom that can be closed off from the living area for privacy.

Along with all this we also have FREE DVD hire and FREE internet and WI-FI access and 12 hour a day Reception.
Please note that we do NOT PROVIDE food or personal hygiene products such as shampoo or conditioner.
All of our dwellings are fully self contained so guests can do their own cooking if they wish to.

Booking Policy

Total cost of accommodation will be charged within the 14 day period prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations accepted within 14 days prior to arrival. Rescheduling of booking is only permitted outside of this 14 day cut off time period. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival is subject to full payment & no re-scheduling. People seeking to reschedule within this 14 day period due to illness or medical condition, MUST PROVIDE a medical doctors certification for their illness to be eligable to reschedule their booking. Other genuine special circumstances will be given consideration for rescheduling.

Checkin Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Check in after 2.00 pm. NO EARLY CHECK IN AVAILABLE. Our office does not open until 2pm.

Child Policy

All children are welcome and a charge is applied for all children regardless of age. For infants using a cot or sharing bed with parents, a charge of $ 20 per night is required.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of total cost will be charged within 14 days of arrival.

No-show Policy

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Other Policy

Food or personal hygiene items are NOT PROVIDED. Pets are NOT ALLOWED on site. The number of guests per Unit or Cottage is determined by the number of beds to accommodate guests, per room. No extra beds are available. WARNING - if guest arrives with more persons than we have bedding for, then the guest will be required to find alternative accommodation for the extra persons. No exceptions. All guests must adhere to our - House Rules & Conditions of Stay Policy, which is on display in all of our dwellings.
