Getting There :
From Formby Rd, take a left at Turton St (Choices Carpet on the corner). We are at the top of the hill on the corner of Turton St. and Macfie St.


Dining :
High Tea is served Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm-4pm (additional cost). An exquisite selection of home made hot and cold savouries, pastries, delicate sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, and bottomless tea and coffee all served on Royal Doulton bone china.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Eftpos and Apple Pay. No surcharges with card payments.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund outside 7 days (less fees). First night forfeited inside 7 days.

Checkin Policy

Suitable ID and credit card required for incidentals (eg Mini Bar)

Child Policy

1 child stays free when accompanied with a parent when using existing beds in the room. A portable single bed is available upon request for children up to 12yo at $40 per night including breakfast, or 13-16yo at $50 per night including breakfast. Maximum of 1 portable single bed per room. There are no cots available.

Deposit Policy

Full payment within 7 days of arrival.

No-show Policy

No refunds for no shows.

Other Policy

Breakfast included for 2 per room. Additional breakfast charged at $15 per child (under 12yo) and $25 per person (12yo and over) when using existing beds. See Child policy (above) for extra breakfast costs when requesting portable single bed for children up to 16yo. Maximum of 1 portable single bed per room.
