Arriving from the West (Inverell) via Gwyder Hwy. turn right into New England hwy. we are on the right just past the second roundabout.
By bus, we are about 700 metres south of the bus terminal on the New England Hwy.

Booking Policy
No special requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on most days will require at least 24 hours before the booked date, otherwise we may charge 1 day tariff.
Some special event days may require a cancellation period longer as will be advised at time of booking.
Checkin Policy
We may ask payment or a valid creditcard number at arrival
Child Policy
We make no difference between children or adults.
We charge per person or for some rooms per room rented.
Bringing your own baby cot is free, however in some room types we do not allow cots, of space restrictions & legal liability concerns.
Deposit Policy
Most days no deposit is required, but we may require a valid creditcard number to secure your room.
Some special event days may require a deposit as will be advised at time of booking.
No-show Policy
No show we may charge for the booked date(s)
Other Policy
No pets in rooms, in your car at your risk & responcibility.
No parties in rooms please.
No extra people others as booked without our permision & extra payment in room disregarding if there are extra beds in the room.
No roll away beds & no baby cots are available.
