Booking Policy

A contact phone number, email address and credit card number will be required when making a booking.

Cancellation Policy

As a small Motel your booking is taken in good faith and once the Motel is booked out we are turning other Guests away. We therefore require 4 days notice to cancel bookings. Major Event cancellations require 28 days notification. During weekends and event periods where a minimum night stay is required single nights cannot be cancelled. In the event of cancellation outside of this policy the full tariff will be charged to the credit card supplied at time of booking.

Checkin Policy

Your booking confirmation e-mail will be required when checking in. Once the cancellation period is up, full tariff will be taken from the credit card supplied at time of booking. When the tariff is taken from your credit card, an email with a zero-balance invoice will be sent to email address supplied. Please check book in details at the time of your booking for cancellation details.

Child Policy

A child at this venue is aged between birth and 17 yrs and 364 days. No one under the age of 18 years of age is allowed to remain on the Premises without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Deposit Policy

With the exception of major event weekends, no deposit is required when making a reservation, however a valid credit card is required to secure the booking. All bookings made with a credit card will be pre-authorised. Major event weekends will require the first nights tariff to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. This will be charged to the Credit Card provided at time of booking.

No-show Policy

If no notification is given in relation to not arriving, the guest will be charged the total tariff for the booking. This will be charged to the credit card supplied at time of reservation.

Other Policy

By supplying a Credit Card number to secure a booking, you acknowledge that any default or damages charges will be made to the credit card supplied.
